Lego Project Management

I love Legos. Being a child of the 80's and a teenager of the 90's, I played with a lot of Legos. So when I came across this project that a company put together using Legos to help assist them in their project management planning, I was instantly intrigued.
What this company did, was to use Lego boards that are broken up by month, and then by day, with each brick used representing half a day. They used colored bricks, with each color representing a different employee so that it is easy to glance at the board and have an idea of which employee is working on which project. And while they also developed some software that could be used to transfer what was on the board to a computer program, I was much more interested din the actual use of Legos to display this.
In order to properly picture exactly what they were doing, they even provided a short video to explain this.

I think this is a great example of how things like this that can be normally tedious to do (such as representing project progress), can be turned into something that is not only interesting, but fun. And how creativity can be used in a job setting, that can potentially gain interest from people who might not normally express interest. It makes me wonder how many other people, and how many other creative methods people have implemented into their own project management.
